Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Blink Solutions. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our explicit permission.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malware.

Blink Solutions offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
• Upgrades / Downgrades: Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

The Free plan is provided as-is with no service level guarantee. We reserve the right to impose additional limits on free accounts at any time with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Blink (profile photos, bio, links, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Blink Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

Badge profiles at blinksolutions.info/p/[username] are public by default and may be indexed by search engines. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information on your public profile. You can set your profile to private at any time from your dashboard settings.

Event organizers and vendors who use Business plan features are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including data protection laws when collecting attendee or lead information. Blink Solutions provides tools; you are the data controller for data you collect.

The Blink Solutions platform, logo, brand, and codebase are the exclusive property of Blink Solutions LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BLINK SOLUTIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLINK SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLINK SOLUTIONS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blink Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
